Welcome to Farlam Hall Country House Hotel near Brampton in Cumbria, where we, as a family, are able to offer an ideal blend of Victorian elegance and modern comfort.
12 double/twins all with private bathroom. 2 are on the ground floor one of which is a four poster bedroom with only a bathroom - no shower and the other a twin. 1 is located in a stable conversion a few moments walk from the hotel.
There are 3 different sizes of bedroom at 3 different rates. The quality is the same in each it is purely the size that dictates the contents of each room.
During the year we are happy to offer reductions to guests who are able to stay for longer.

Oakwood Park Hotel is an imposing Victorian building situated in ten acres of land, standing well off the main road. The hotel has full central heating and all the bedrooms are en suite and have television and tea & coffee making facilities. There is also a large family room available.
The residents lounge and dining room are comfortably furnished and there is a separate residents bar.
The hotel is a convenient centre for the Lake District, Hadrian's Wall and the peaceful hills of the Borders and Southern Scotland.

Bed and Breakfast, evening meals, self catering accommodation and bunk-house accommodation for walkers, cyclists and vacations, holidays and touring, and those who don't smoke, specialising in Hadrians Wall, information and archaeology. Short breaks and themed breaks, ghost trails and history trails.
At Holmhead Guest House we offer 4 ensuite bedrooms, delicious evening meals, good wine list, cocktail bar. No smoking and no pets. Sightseeing / touring information from your host a former tour guide and expert on Hadrians Wall.
We also have The Cottage - our ETC 3 Star self catering apartment, and The Barn - ETC inspected bunkhouse for more basic accommodation for up to 8, with drying and cycle storage facilities.

The three bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 double and 1 double/twin, offer clean and comfortable accommodation with many original features.
All rooms have en-suite shower facilities along with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a hair dryer.
Situated on the ground floor the twin room leads into a small sun room.
The spacious double/twin room is on the first floor accessed by an external stairway leading onto a balcony.
Both rooms offer outstanding views of the Irthing Valley.
The third room, a double, is a new addition and is also situated on the first floor

The Mounsey family are delighted to invite you to stay at their farm, an 18th Century Georgian listed farmhouse with spacious and comfortable rooms with panoramic views over the Lake District and Pennines.
It is on the roadside but has excellent off-road parking. The farm is one mile from the attractive village of Walton and the Roman Wall. There are many excellent walks from the farm.
High Rigg Farm is an excellent stop-over point between England and Scotland. Many visitors return again and again.

Tantallon House is located on the border of Cumbria and Northumberland, and overlooks the longest unbroken stretch of Hadrian's Wall. We offer a peaceful getaway spot and an ideal gateway to the many places of interest in this area.
Our spacious Victorian country property stands on a hill overlooking the Irthing Valley on the edge of the Northumberland National Park.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation includes two spacious twin guestrooms with glorious views of the Irthing Valley and Hadrian's Wall. All of our rooms have secure Wifi wireless internet access and Freeview TV.
Guests have private dining and lounge rooms to eat and relax in, often with a fire burning during the winter months.
Our hearty breakfasts are served at your convenience in the lounge or dining room. Local produce is used where possible. We are happy to cater for special dietary needs.
Being on Hadrian's Wall National Trail, Tantallon House offers an especially warm welcome to walkers and cyclists. As well as great facilities, we have knowledge of routes and hikes around the local historic Roman sites.
