We have ample parking within the grounds where you may leave your car to take one of the numerous short walks, rewarding you with magnificent views in return for a little gentle exercise. However, for the more adventurous, Lakeland's mountains are within easy access.

Cowrie Creek is situated in a quiet elevated position approximately five minutes walk from Ambleside village centre and two minutes walk from the beautiful Waterfalls.
The accommodation comprises one double en-suite room and one twin room with private bathroom facilities.
Colour TV, complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryer are provided in each room.
Full English breakfast is served in delightful guests' lounge/dining room. Special diets are catered for.

Easedale Lodge is a charming Victorian town house in Ambleside town centre. It has been lovingly refurbished and extended to provide high quality accommodation.
There is a spacious stylish dining room and quiet lounge as well as comfortable well-equipped bedrooms. The breakfast menu is extensive and varied, the tariff is reasonable and all diets are catered for by prior arrangement. We also have our own private car park for all guests.
We are open all year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Far Nook is a traditionally built detached Lakeland stone residence set in its own grounds on the northern edge of Ambleside, but only five minutes walk from the town centre facilities.
There is ample private parking and a fine garden, well stocked with interesting plants.
The garden has some fine features as well as good furniture for picnics and relaxation.

Only 10 minutes walk from Ambleside, Seathwaite Rayne is an imposing 19th century country house built of traditional Lakeland stone, and set in a secluded position with one of the finest panoramic views in the English Lake District.

We have a beautiful woodland garden backing onto the Stock Ghyll force, an eighty foot waterfall in lush green woodland. Many varied walks are available from the house.
Helen and Richard Baker moved here from Leicester in 1998 and began offering bed & breakfast in 2000, having just one guest room. This has now grown to three guest rooms, thus maintaining the friendly family atmosphere which has caused many guests to return time and again.
