We have three guest bedrooms - two double bedded rooms and one twin. All have en-suite shower and toilet and all are situated on the ground floor, making for easy disabled access. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnished, and all have spacious, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, a table and chairs and colour television. Guests may use a door key, allowing free access during the day.
Breakfast may be served in your room, either at the table or in bed.
A full English breakfast menu is available, with lighter or vegetarian alternatives. On fine mornings, a leisurely breakfast can also be enjoyed out of doors, in our sunny, terraced garden.

Old Hall Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast
Old Hall Farmhouse. The Farmhouse overlooks the Castle from the far bank of the river. It is our home and we are delighted to welcome discerning guests who appreciate historic houses and a convivial atmosphere. It is situated in more than one acre of landscaped gardens, and is a Cumbrian Longhouse built circa 1645 that was "gentrified" in 1760 to become the fine residence as shown in the picture.
All our rooms have private facilities and are tastefully furnished. In every respect we like to think that nothing is too much trouble for us in order to make your stay and B&B experience in Appleby a memorable one.
