To ensure your stay will be as comfortable as possible, all our rooms are centrally heated and have T.V, tea/coffee making facilities and are furnished to the highest standard. Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet Access is available.
Sundial Guest House is situated on the southern approach to the market town of Kendal opposite Kendal College.
The town centre is an easy 5 minute walk away and offers an extensive range of shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Packed lunches can also be provided for those longer days.

Balcony House is Located on the North side of Kendal About 10 mins walk from the town centre. We offer a warm welcome to our Victorian home, built in 1890. Our rooms are clean and comfortable decorated to the highest standards. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
Full English breakfast is included in the price of stay.
Kendal is the gateway to the Lake District and the perfect base for touring north and south.

The Coach House was built around 1875 and was originally two Grooms cottages for the Manor House - Enyeat Manor - where carriages drew up in the cobbled courtyard and horses rested. One of the original rings used for tying horses is still in the kitchen.
In the late 1920's, the cottages became one and in 1934 were sold for £39! Later a double garage and room above were built. This garage is now the new kitchen and office, and the room above is the large ensuite bedroom.

Hillside Bed & Breakfast lies in the historic market town of Kendal. Located in a quiet conservation area, just 3 minutes walk from the town centre, you will find Hillside an ideal base for exploring the "auld grey town".
Hillside is a Victorian house (dated at around 1880) offering six bright, clean and comfortable guest bedrooms:

The house is centrally heated and all bedrooms offer a colour television, alarm radio and complimentary refreshments tray.
Also available - hair dryers, clothes iron, drying facilities for wet coats and trays for muddy boots.

Situated in the small hamlet of Whinfell, near Kendal in Cumbria, Lapwings Barn enjoys an idyllic location on the edge of the Lake District.
The bed and breakfast accommodation suits those interested in walking, birdwatching or those touring who require a peaceful place to relax.
There are many long and short walks from the barn. Access to The Dale’s Way is about half a mile away.
A half hour drive takes you to Windermere on to Ambleside and many other attractions and activities.
