Young children (and even the big kids!) can borrow our complimentary Play Station 2. Lake House Hotel has recently been awarded AA four red diamonds.

Glen Rothay & Badger Bar Hotel
	Rik, Andrea and their staff would like to welcome you to this 17th Century Coaching Inn beside Rydal Water, conveniently located in the Heart of the Lakes with several famous walks starting from our doorsteps. It is renowned for its association with Wordsworth who lived nearby. It has its own grounds overlooking Dora's Field. Whilst staying with us, enjoy a drink and a meal in the now Famous Badger Bar, which uses local produce. Recently, we were proud to be awarded the Camra (Westmorland branch) Pub of the season for Spring 2004. Our commitment to the sale of local ales caught the judge's attention along with our high standards of keeping and serving the beers. 	Welcome to Farlam Hall Country House Hotel near Brampton in Cumbria, where we, as a family, are able to offer an ideal blend of Victorian elegance and modern comfort. 12 double/twins all with private bathroom. 2 are on the ground floor one of which is a four poster bedroom with only a bathroom - no shower and the other a twin. 1 is located in a stable conversion a few moments walk from the hotel. There are 3 different sizes of bedroom at 3 different rates. The quality is the same in each it is purely the size that dictates the contents of each room. During the year we are happy to offer reductions to guests who are able to stay for longer.
