Additionally, there are windsurfing and fishing facilities and the golf courses of Maryport and Silloth are close-by. Situated in the pleasant fishing port of Maryport, Shore Walk offers bed and breakfast accommodation on the edge of the Western Lake District. We are only 15 minutes drive from the market town of Cockermouth and ideally situated for exploring the Western Lakes of Loweswater, Crummock, Buttermere, Ennerdale and Wastwater. There are daily buses and trains to service all your local transport needs. Shore Walk has two en-suite bedrooms, both with views over the Solway Firth towards the Scottish hills. The twin room has en-suite corner bath with shower, and the double room has an en-suite shower room. Both rooms have a hair dryer, alarm clock, radio, TV and hospitality tray. We have off road parking for one vehicle per room. Continental breakfast is served from 7.30am - 9am. and cooked breakfast 8am - 9am. If guests would like an early departure we are happy to leave a breakfast tray in their room the night before. |

Although the park is close to all the village amenities, and only 200 metres from the beach, there is a lovely peaceful atmosphere about it that gives the impression of ‘being away from it all’. New and used caravans are always available to purchase. Seasonal pitches and short term pitches available for touring caravans and motorhomes. |
