The Seacote Hotel, St. Bees.

The Hotel looks out over the Irish Sea towards the Isle of Man, sitting just 100 metres from the sandy, mile-long beach and spectacular cliffs upon which Wainwright began his famous Coast to Coast Walk.
We have 83 bedrooms, all en suite, centrally heated and equipped with telephone, colour satellite TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Along with a range of double, single and twin-bedded rooms we have a number of family bedrooms to sleep up to four. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Within the Hotel buildings there are also a number of self-contained family villas, to sleep up to four people. As well as the high standard of facilities one would expect in a standard Hotel room, these Villas also have independent access and their own individual kitchenettes, and thus allow guests freedom to do as they please during their stay.

Stonehouse Farm

Stonehouse Farm is a friendly family run bed and breakfast in a large modernised Georgian farmhouse situated in the centre of St. Bees village.
We are situated near to the railway station and close to the local shops, restaurants and hotels, and only ten minutes walk from the beach where Wainwright's coast to coast walk begins.

Tarn Flatt Barn

A traditional sandstone barn on St Bees Head overlooking the Scottish coastline and the Isle of Man. St Bees is the starting point of the Coast to Coast Walk, plus there is easy access to the quieter western Lakeland fells and lakes. Easy access to bird watching, climbing, rock scrambling, canoeing and fishing.
The sleeping accommodation is on the ground floor. The barn has raised wooden sleeping area and electric light, a cooking slab and an open fire, wood available from the farm. Toilets, wash-basin and showers are in adjacent buildings. Meals are available by arrangement. Dogs are accepted in sole use only. If arriving late please phone.
